Common questions about our delivery and pickup services

What payment methods do you accept for delivery?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and cash on delivery for select areas. Online payment is preferred for faster processing.
Do you deliver outside the listed zones?
Currently, we only deliver within our specified zones to ensure food quality and timely delivery. However, we're always looking to expand our delivery area based on demand.
Can I schedule a delivery for later?
Yes! You can schedule orders up to 24 hours in advance. Simply select your preferred delivery time during checkout. Note that scheduled orders require online payment.
What if I need to change my delivery address?
Please call us immediately at +61 499 038 878 if you need to change your address. We can only make changes if your order hasn't started preparation (usually within 5-10 minutes of ordering).
Do you offer contactless delivery?
Absolutely! Select contactless delivery during checkout and we'll leave your order at your door with a notification. Payment must be completed online for contactless orders.
